The Finance Committee oversees the financial condition of the Foundation. The Committee also monitors the financial conditions and business practices of Denali Center and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and their affiliated Auxiliary. The Committee prepares an annual budget for the Foundation, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.
The Finance Committee meets and reports to the Executive Committee monthly and reports to the Board of Trustees quarterly.
