The OSLO Committee monitors and recommends changes to the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Foundation. Develops and recommends appropriate policies and procedures for the Foundation. Oversees any lease arrangements that the Foundation might have with respect to other entities.
The OSLO Committee meets on an ad hoc basis and reports to the Board of Trustees on a quarterly basis. However, this Committee undertakes a biennial review of the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of the Foundation
