The Professional Affairs Committee provides medical-administrative liaison amongst the Foundation, the Medical Staff and Banner Health with regard to continuous quality improvement issues. The Committee’s role is limited to monitoring the existence and functioning of continuous quality improvement.
The Professional Affairs Committee meets quarterly, or more often as necessary.
