Bill was born and raised in Fairbanks and received a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. He is the Director of External Affairs for the Rasmuson Foundation. Bill joined the Greater Fairbanks Community Hospital Foundation Full Board of Trustees in 2013. Bill has two daughters, Ella and Symone.
