The Greater Fairbanks Community Hospital Foundation is proud to present The Gala, our annual fundraising event in support of our non-profit, community hospital. Each year, we focus on the area of greatest need, and the funds raised during this elegant evening directly support that initiative.
Past Impact
In previous years, The Gala has supported the growth of our hospital’s Behavioral Health services. Thanks to our generous donors, we expanded addiction medicine programs, expanding to accommodate more adult inpatient beds, and introducing beds for adolescents in our inpatient behavioral health unit.
The 2025 Gala
Mark your calendars for March 29, 2025! This year’s Gala will be hosted in the stunning Westmark Gold Room. Guests will enjoy:

- Silent and outcry auctions
- An informative program highlighting our cause
- Opportunities to make a meaningful impact
The focus of this year’s event is the purchase and installation of a PET-CT Scanner. This cutting-edge technology will enable our physicians to diagnose and stage cancer, heart disease, and certain brain disorders, as well as determine the best treatment methods. Currently, patients must travel out of Fairbanks to receive this vital scan, creating a financial and physical burden for many. Your support will help bring this life-saving tool to our hospital and improve the quality of care for our community.
