Dave was born in Tucson, Arizona, and moved to Alaska in 1950 to attend the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He is retired from the City of Fairbanks Engineering Department. Dave joined the Greater Fairbanks Community Hospital Foundation Full Board of Trustees in 1995 and is a member of the Construction Committee. Dave’s wife, Carolyn, joined Fairbanks Memorial Hospital as a nurse in 1968 and retired in 2019. They have one daughter, Heather. Dave enjoys boating, scuba diving, and raising horses.
