Charlene holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She is a past Vice President of Communications for Doyon Limited, where she also worked as the Human Resource Service Center Manager. She is a Doyon shareholder and a past board member of the Greater Fairbanks Chamber of Commerce and the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. Charlene joined the Greater Fairbanks Community Hospital Foundation Full Board of Trustees in 2009 and is a member of the Quality Committee. Charlene and her husband, Roger, are parents to two boys, Andrew and Nicholas.
